Explore Guardian
Some Blueprints may be better suited to a longer Visit. When appropriate, HomeCompleted can route the work to a 3-, 5-, or 6-hour Visit. Standard additional approved labor time is $125/hour. Materials and replacement products are not included unless specifically stated. Work remains subject to HomeCompleted scope and applicable licensing requirements.

The Blueprint helps HomeCompleted prepare the Visit before your Pro arrives. For Guardian members, it stays open between Visits so you can keep adding things as you notice them.

Guardian is for homeowners who want HomeCompleted helping keep track of the small things their home needs.

Notice something? Text it. Send a photo. Ask what is already on your Blueprint. When your next Visit is ready, Guardian helps you schedule it — without rebuilding the same household list every time.

One included 2-hour Guardian Visit each quarterly cycle. Your first Visit is available immediately.
A persistent Guardian Blueprint. Text tasks and photos as you notice them, ask what is on your list, and let HomeCompleted remember it for you.
A cadence that keeps moving. Future Visit cycles stay anchored to your membership, and one unused Visit can roll forward.
Scheduling support and home continuity. Guardian tracks when your next Visit is ready, while your Journal preserves completed work, findings, photos, and useful home information.
Guardian Member Rate: $110/additional hour
Need more than the included 2 hours? Extend your Guardian Visit from 3 to 6 hours at a preferred member rate — compared with the standard $125/hour.
What belongs on a HomeCompleted Blueprint?

The small jobs that make a house feel unfinished.

Think adjustments, replacements, mounting, installation, minor repair, punch-list work, and the other household tasks that tend to linger.

Doors, latches, small drywall repairs, furniture assembly, move-in lists, and the nagging fixes that accumulate around a home.

HomeCompleted does not perform emergency service, hazardous-condition remediation, or work requiring licensing or permitting outside our lawful scope. If you are unsure whether something belongs on your Blueprint, include it — we can review it before scheduling.

The house is always going to make another list. You do not have to keep carrying it.
